How are our foils and bags produced?
Inside the extrusion machine the melted raw material is pressed through a stencil to form it. After cooling process the required foil is obtained. We are able to extrude in Polythelene (LDPE, HDPE, MDPE) in different foil thicknesses. Mono extrusions as well as co-extrusions are available.
Flexo-Printing is a high pressure printing process. Rotating rollers with flexible printing clichés transfer the print onto the foil colour by colour.
Our flexo-printing is of high quality at low printing and cliché costs.
We deliver up to 10 colours whereby the size of the printing surface is not important.
During lamination two or more layers will be joined together by adhesive, heat and pressure.
A new material is created – reaching your requirements with regard to stability and barrier properties against oxygen / humidity. The printing between the layers prevent direct contact with print colours.
Fold machine / Fold triangle
The flat strip material is folded at the fold triangle. The resulting half tube can easily be welded to bags. You may also get from us the half tube for your automatic packaging processes.
Welding / Cutting machine
The foil material can be welded into every execution (e. g. with side or bottom seams) you require. Beside our standards. the number of bags per bundling can be made according to your requirements in order to enlighten your internal production processes.
The wicket machine is used for the production of bread bags e.g. The production process is fully automatic. During this the bags are bundled to fixed units by a wicket wire going through thuerlings holes.
The bags thereof are mainly used for filling by machinery.
Edge-Seal bag making machine (e. g. for Doypacks)
